These terms apply when you buy a website or monthly plan from Redes Digital Studio, a service of Redes Technology, LLC ("we", "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By checking "I agree" at checkout and paying, you accept these terms.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is due in full at checkout, by card through Stripe.

Ad spend for the Ads Plan is paid by you directly to the ad platform and is not included in the price. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
We deliver your website within 7 business days after you send your logo, photos, services list, hours and preferred colors through the intake form. Delays in sending materials move the delivery date by the same number of days.
Your price includes 2 rounds of revisions. A round is one consolidated list of changes sent by email, phone or our request page. Changes beyond 2 rounds, new pages or an online store are quoted separately before any work starts.
You confirm that you have the right to use every logo, photo and text you send us.
After full payment, you own the content you provided and the finished website design. We keep the right to reuse general tools, code and templates that are not specific to your business.
If you do not subscribe to a monthly plan, your site is delivered and hosting is your responsibility. If you subscribe, we host the site, keep SSL and backups running, and make the small updates your plan lists.
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing hello@redesdigitalstudio.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and we do not refund a month already started. After cancellation we send you your site files on request.
You get a full refund if you ask before you submit the intake form with your materials. After that, work has started and the one-time website fee is not refundable. If we fail to deliver the website within 30 days after receiving your materials, you can ask for a refund of the unused part of the fee.
We do not promise any amount of sales, traffic or search ranking. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
