Redes Digital Studio is a web design service of Redes Technology LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit redesdigitalstudio.com, fill out our forms, email us, or call our phone line, and how we use it.

- Information you give us: your name, business name, city, preferred language, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about your business when you request a free preview, email us, or call us.
- Phone calls: calls to our line are answered by Safira, our AI assistant. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we can provide the service you ask for, keep accurate records, and improve quality. If you do not want your call recorded, please email us instead.
- Public business information: to build website previews, we use publicly available information about businesses, such as the business name, address, hours, category, photos, and reviews listed on public platforms like Google Maps.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
How we use information
- To create and send your free website preview, answer your questions, and provide our services.
- To send you agreements, invoices, and payment links you request.
- To contact you about your project or respond to your requests.
- To protect our website and prevent spam and fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Website and email hosting (Hostinger)
- Phone service and call handling (Twilio)
- AI voice assistant, call recording, and transcription (ElevenLabs)
- Payment processing (our payment processor; we never ask for card numbers by phone or email)
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Business emails and mailings
We may contact businesses by email or postal mail with a free website preview. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting your business, and we will honor the request.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, for our records, and to meet legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California under the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have about you and how we use it
- Ask for a copy of your personal information
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
